I have had this game for a while now and enjoyed it; that is, until the new update with (as you may have read in other reviews) unconscionably long ads between EVERY HAND. Disgusting. I will be deleting this game and purchasing a new, less reprehensible version. And a note to the developers - are you so delusional as to believe that ANYONE is dumb enough to buy any of the games being advertised in these annoying ads? You are losing way more revenue in lost sales than you could possibly get from these ads. Wise up.

Used to enjoy this game, now you have to deal with an ad pop up after every hand, complete fail.

I paid for the add free version a few years ago and the app has worked great up til now. All of a sudden there are constant adds after every hand. Its like I never paid for this app free version. When trying to contact the app support person all emails are bounced back as undeliverable and their website is no longer active. Dont waste your money. If you like this game just get the free version, its the same thing.

Like many others, I PAID for the full version quite some time ago, and now the new update has inserted lengthy ads after every hand. Not every round, not every game... Every single hand. Not only am I deleting it, I wont download any other apps by this shady developer. AVOID. Apple should not allow this kind of bait-and-switch; I hope these reviews call attention to this practice.

Ive had this app for years. The game play is fun and minimalistic. The AI opponents cheat, but I enjoy the process. I PAID for this app so I wouldnt have to deal with apps. Didnt use it for a bit. Now, after every turn... Ads for days. And to be interrupted by LONG VIDEO ads every minute? Come on, I paid for ad free for a reason, you scum bag! I figured maybe I had the free version, its been so long I wasnt sure. But nope, lo and behold, I paid for this app to avoid this exact problem. What a ripoff!

I paid for the game a few years ago so I didnt have to deal with ads. I havent played in over a year and I decided to play tonight and after every single hand, I have to watch some stupid advertisement. If I wanted to watch the ads, I wouldnt have paid for the game! I used love this game, now its horrible. Im deleting it after this review.

Paid for the app and loved it until the ads started. Now they have ads that are anywhere from 5 to more than 15 seconds. Not worth it at all!

This app always had multiple problems that were never addressed - cant see first card taken by opponent and cant change groupings done by app without discarding cards you would otherwise keep, to name a few. But to have long (or any) ads between every hand after paying for the ad-free version is just plain fraudulent.

They recently started forcing you to sit through 7-10 seconds of ads in between each hand. Ridiculous. Just got deleted from my phone and replaced with a better free app. Congrats on trying to monetize your app. Im sure many people will follow me elsewhere.

This WAS the best gin rummy game UNTIL the update. Now there is no way to sort hands or easily choose cards to discard (even harder now than before). The view is taken up with silly chatter that you cannot turn off and FALLING leaves -- what is that about??!!! Now I have to find a new favorite game. Keep the older version if you can and dont buy this silliness.

If I am paying for the app, shouldnt it be ad-free? Why pay when there is a free version with advertising? Please go back to the "paid ad-free" option. Until that happens, this version will be graded as "zero stars"! Sadly, zero was not an available option :-(

I used to love this game so I decided to support the developers and paid for it. Now they have ads even after paying! I wish Id just kept my money. Not worth having an ad pop up after EVERY SINGLE HAND!

I paid for this app that is advertised as the "ad free version" of the free app. There are long video ads all over now, I opened this app for the first time in a few months and had to go through 2 ads to even start a game.

Glitchy, and INTRUSIVE ads. Need I say more?!

I purchased this App years ago, probably when it came out in 2010 and paid $5.99 or whatever it was so that I would never have ads and now I have ads. can we fix this please! thanks.
